Thick Acrylic Keychains
A thick keychain is a different object in the hand: the print sits inside the acrylic instead of on it, and the weight reads as a proper piece rather than a giveaway. Same cast acrylic and UV print as our standard keychains — the difference is the stock and the layering.

Depth is the product
The stock is the cost. A thick piece reads as premium because of how light moves through the clear face; the same artwork on 3 mm stock is a different, lighter object.
Ticket and block shapes
A thick piece carries a ticket outline or a straight block well — the notches and corners have material behind them. Very thin necks are where a thick build gets fragile; we flag them at artwork check.
What thick changes on a bag
Weight, how it hangs on a display hook, and the unit cost. If the piece is a giveaway, standard 3 mm is the cheaper tool; if it's sold, the depth is what people notice first.

Surface The base your artwork is printed onto. Flat gloss is the standard build.
Print sides The back of a one-sided piece shows the front artwork through the clear acrylic, mirrored.
Construction Two bonded layers give depth and protect the print under a clear face.
Designs Tell us how many designs in your message — each is quoted as its own line.
Size Practical range 40–80 mm on the standard stock — other sizes quoted on request.
Quantity A ball-park is enough — your quote is built on the real number.
Attachment How it hangs — on a hook, a bag or a set of keys.
Hardware finish Hardware colour. Silver is what we fit unless you ask otherwise.
Bag Protection in transit. One clear bag per piece is the standard pack.
Card Presentation. The card is what a shopper reads on a table or a peg.
Hang hole Only if someone else sells it for you — ask which hook the store runs.

How thick is it, exactly?
The sample shown is around 8–10 mm. The stock for your order is confirmed on the written spec sheet — ask for the number before you commit, because the quote is built on it.
Can both faces be printed?
Yes — single or double sided. Tell us whether the back is a second design or a plain face, and the proof shows how it reads through the clear layer.
Will the print scratch off?
The print sits under the clear face, which is the reason to choose the layered build. The face itself can still scratch; the artwork underneath cannot be rubbed off.

A NOTE ON SPECIFYING THIS BUILD
Thick acrylic is where a quote moves fastest: the stock is the cost. Ask what thickness the price is built on, and whether the stock you approve is the stock that ships — a piece quoted at 8 mm and produced at 5 mm is a different product, and only the sample tells you which one you're buying.
