What happens after you press Place order

1. Your order lands with us

You get a reference number on screen. We see the product, quantity, destination and your requirements — artwork can follow by email or WhatsApp with that reference.

2. We send one written quote

Price per piece, any set-up, and freight for your destination, in one document within one working day. Production lead time is confirmed for that quote.

3. Approve, then PayPal

When you approve the quote we send a PayPal invoice. Nothing is printed or shipped before it is paid and the artwork is confirmed.
