Stickers
Die-cut to your outline or kiss-cut on a sheet. Gloss, matte, holographic or clear.
A keychain made from one photograph — a dog, a cat, a face, a first car. Printed on 3 mm cast acrylic with white ink behind the image so it reads solid, then cut round, square, or around the subject. Same build as our standard keychains; the difference is what a photograph needs before it can be printed at this size.

One photo, one keychain — made to order, paid straight away.
Made to your artwork. Shipping is worked out from the packed weight for your destination, not a flat guess — so a bigger order pays far less per piece to ship.
| Quantity | Per piece |

WHO THIS PAGE IS FOR
The main acrylic keychains page covers material, cutting, hardware and packaging. This page stays on the one decision that changes everything when the artwork is a photo: whether the picture still works when it is 50 mm wide. Pet portraits are the common case — memorial pieces, gifts for a friend who just got a puppy, a set for a family.
SPECIFICATION
Material, print process, hardware and packaging are the same as the main product page. Items marked "confirmed with your quote" are fixed in the written spec sheet, not guessed here.
| What it is | A standard acrylic keychain where the artwork is a photograph, printed on 3 mm cast acrylic with white ink behind the image so it reads solid instead of see-through. |
|---|---|
| Format | Round or square are the simple shapes; die-cut follows the outline in your artwork. Practical range 40–80 mm, same as the main keychain page. |
| Photo file | Send the original photo — a phone photo is fine. Resolution limits how large the keychain can be printed before it softens; we tell you the ceiling before quoting. |
| Cut line | Die-cutting follows the cut line in your file. If your file has no cut line, say so with the enquiry and we confirm how the shape will be decided. |
| UV flatbed print. White ink underlay behind the photo — confirmed on your spec sheet. | |
| Faces | Photo on one face as standard; a second face can carry the same print or a separate design. |
| Material | Cast acrylic (PMMA), 3 mm standard, clear. |
| Attachment | Split ring, ball chain, lobster clasp, swivel snap hook, phone loop, or a plain hole. |
| Packaging | Individual OPP bag as standard. Header card or printed backing card on request. |
| MOQ | No fixed MOQ — we quote the quantity you need. |
| Confirmation | Physical sample, digital proof, run photos or first article — agreed with your quote. A photo print is exactly what a proof settles. |
| Lead time | Confirmed with your quote |
| Artwork files | AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or SVG. Vector preferred, 300 dpi at final size. Around 3 mm of bleed, with text kept clear of the cut line — your written spec sheet confirms the exact figures for your order. |
OPTIONS
The photo decides more than the printing
A subject that fills the frame, lit from the front, against something plain, survives the trip to a 50 mm keychain. A dark pet on a dark sofa, or a face half in shadow, loses its edge at this size regardless of the printer.
Round, square, or around the shape
Round is the forgiving default for a face. Following the silhouette is what makes a pet keychain look like that pet — ears and tails survive; thin whiskers and loose fur do not, and a slightly thicker outline keeps the piece strong.
One side or two
The photo goes on the front. The back can stay clear, repeat the photo, or take a name, a date or a short line — same build, second print pass.
HOW TO SEND A PHOTO
Send it through the quote form — it takes an image file directly — or by email if the file is large.
PHOTOGRAPHED
Finished pieces, cut around the subject. The edge you can see is the die line — that is what a clean photo and a simple background buy you at this size. The last photo is a metal charm, not acrylic: it is here to show the range, not the process.
QUESTIONS
Tell us what you need when you send the photo. Die-cutting follows the cut line in the file — if your photo has no cut line, the shape has to be decided before the job is quoted, and that conversation is where a busy background gets flagged. We would rather say that up front than promise a clean edge from a photo that cannot give one.
Usually yes at keychain size. What matters is the subject filling the frame and even light, not megapixels. Send the original file rather than a screenshot or a social-media copy — those are re-compressed and lose detail before we ever see them.
No. Same material, same UV print, same cutting and hardware — this page only covers the decisions that come with artwork that is a photograph rather than a logo. Everything else is on the main acrylic keychains page.

A NOTE ON PRINTING PHOTOS ON ACRYLIC
A photograph has no flat colour to hide behind. Gradients, fur and skin all land on the same 50 mm of plastic, and white ink under the image is the only thing stopping the material from eating the midtones. Send the picture before it is finalised — telling you a photo will not survive the size costs you nothing and saves a remake.
