The main acrylic keychains page covers the whole format. This page stays on one decision: what gets printed on each face — same design, different designs, or a QR zone kept clear on the back. Everything else about the product works the same way.

SPECIFICATION

What's different on this variant — and what isn't.

Same cast acrylic, same UV print, same cutting and hardware as the main product page. The differences are the second print face and the layout decisions that come with it. Items marked "Confirmed with your quote" are fixed in the written spec sheet, not guessed here.

Print	UV print on both faces. Both sides the same design, or a different design on each side — set per order.
Read-through	On standard clear acrylic each printed face is visible from the other side. White ink underlay per side controls what shows through — the build for your design is confirmed on your spec sheet.
QR code area	Reserved in the artwork layout — you keep an empty zone on the back face, or we hold one to the shape you send. The code itself comes from your artwork; we print what you provide. Scan function is your artwork's job, not a print guarantee.
Material	Cast acrylic (PMMA). Clear as standard for double-sided work; frosted or coloured on request.
Thickness	3 mm standard. 5 mm on request.
Size & shape	Die-cut to your outline. Practical range 40–80 mm; larger on request.
Designs per order	One design throughout, or several different designs in the same run — each design is quoted as its own line.
Attachment	Split ring, ball chain, lobster clasp, swivel snap hook, phone loop, or a plain hole.
Hardware finish	Silver, gold, black nickel, rose gold or antique brass.
Packaging	Individual OPP bag as standard. Header card or printed backing card on request.
MOQ	No fixed MOQ — we quote the quantity you need.
Confirmation	Physical sample, digital proof, run photos or first article — agreed with your quote. Two-sided alignment is exactly what a sample shows.
Lead time	Confirmed with your quote
Artwork files	AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or SVG. Vector preferred, 300 dpi at final size. Around 3 mm of bleed, with text kept clear of the cut line — your written spec sheet confirms the exact figures for your order.

The choices that change the result.

Same design, or two different ones

The same artwork on both faces is the simplest build. Two different designs — artwork on the front, character or pattern on the back — is the same part with a second print pass. Send each side as its own clearly named file.

Plan the QR zone with the artwork

A QR zone decided at artwork stage looks designed; a QR squeezed in afterwards looks pasted. Keep the zone away from the edge and the hole so the code doesn't sit on a cut line — the exact figures go on your spec sheet.

What shows through from behind

On clear acrylic, whatever is printed on one side is part of what you see from the other. Full white underlay per side keeps each face clean and separate; partial underlay lets the two sides play together. Decide it per design, not per order.

QUESTIONS

The three questions two faces always get.

Can the two sides have completely different designs?

Yes — two different designs on one piece is a standard build, not a special request. Supply each side as its own file. If you're mixing several designs across the order, tell us the count and we'll quote each design as its own line.

Do you generate or check the QR code?

No — the code comes from your artwork and we print it as provided. What we do is keep the reserved zone clean: right size and position in the layout, away from the cut line and the hole. Test-scan your code before approving the final artwork.

Does double-sided printing mean the back looks mirrored from the front?

On clear acrylic, yes — that's the material, not a defect: each face reads through the other. White ink underlay per side is how buyers who want two clean independent faces get them. The sample shows exactly how your design reads from both sides.

A NOTE ON SPECIFYING THIS BUILD

The second face is where alignment becomes visible: a design that reads fine as one flat file can misregister once there are two faces, a hole and a cut line competing for the same space. Name each side's file, plan the QR zone into the layout instead of around it, and approve a sample held in the hand — not two flat previews.
