Material	Rigid moulded plastic shell. Exact polymer and grade are confirmed with your quote for the selected model and finish.
Stock finishes	Clear, smoke-tinted, purple-tinted, solid pastel, pearlescent and embedded-glitter options.
Custom print	Small-batch custom pattern printing is available on compatible shell styles. Printable area and white-underbase requirements depend on the shell colour.
Fit	Model-specific openings for buttons, vents, ports, stand and controller release areas. The sample for this product is checked on the named device.
Set configuration	Console shell only, Joy-Con pair only, or a matching set. Confirm whether the console must remain dockable with the shell fitted.

Model and set

Switch 2, OLED and original Switch are different tools. Decide the exact console model and whether you need a back shell, Joy-Con pair or complete set before artwork starts.

Base finish

Clear and tinted shells let the console show through; pearl and glitter become part of the design. The same ink colour will not read the same way on every base.

Print coverage

A centred mark is simpler than a full pattern crossing shell seams. Use the production template to keep faces and type away from clips, vents and control openings.

A NOTE FROM SOMEONE WHO'S SOLD THESE

A Switch case is several fitted parts pretending to be one canvas. The console back and the two Joy-Con shells each have their own openings, clips and seams, so a design approved as one flat rectangle can still fail once it is split across the hardware. Lock the console model and set configuration first, lay out on the production template second, then approve the sample on the actual device.
