SPECIFICATION

Everything we can tell you about this product.

Rows read two ways. Figures stated plainly are standard for how we produce this product. Items marked “Confirmed with your quote” depend on your artwork, quantity or destination — they're fixed in the written spec sheet, not guessed here.

Material	Cast acrylic (PMMA). Clear, frosted or coloured base.
Thickness	3 mm standard. 5 mm on request.
Size & shape	Die-cut to your outline. Practical range 40–80 mm; larger on request.
Print	UV flatbed, single or double sided. White ink underlay where the design needs it — confirmed on your spec sheet.
Finishes	Gloss, matte, epoxy dome, holographic base, glitter base.
Construction	Single layer, or double layer (printed base + clear top) for depth.
Attachment	Split ring, ball chain, lobster clasp, swivel snap hook, phone loop, or a plain hole.
Packaging	Individual OPP bag as standard. Header card or printed backing card on request.
MOQ	No fixed MOQ — we quote the quantity you need.
Confirmation	Physical sample, digital proof, run photos or first article — agreed with your quote.
Lead time	Confirmed with your quote
Artwork files	AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or SVG. Vector preferred, 300 dpi at final size. Around 3 mm of bleed, with text kept clear of the cut line — your written spec sheet confirms the exact figures for your order.

OPTIONS

The choices that change the price.

Flat or domed

Epoxy gives depth and a glassy edge. It also adds a little time and cost, and the resin needs to resist yellowing — ask which resin is being used.

Single or double layer

Double layer puts artwork on the back of a clear front face — more depth, and the print can't scratch.

Effect bases

Holographic and glitter bases change how flat colour reads. We'll tell you when a design fights the base.

Hardware

Split ring, ball chain or lobster clasp. Which one you pick changes how it hangs on a display hook.

A NOTE FROM SOMEONE WHO'S SOLD THESE

Two things go wrong with acrylic keychains more than anything else: colour and yellowing. Screen colour is RGB, printing is CMYK, and the gap between them is why a physical proof matters more than a digital mockup. And epoxy domes can yellow over a few years in sunlight unless the resin is chosen to resist it. If you want the dome, ask what resin is going into it.
