Gem-cut and hexagon outlines
Straight edges and points cut cleanly and read as a faceted stone. Send the outline; corners and points are checked at final size before cutting.
Coloured hardware
A coloured ball chain ties the charm to the character palette — orange and blue are shown. Silver is what we fit unless you ask otherwise.
Sets and series
One artwork set across several shapes, or one shape across several characters. Each design is its own line on the quote.

Leave the standard build as it is, or change only the options that matter to you.
Surface The base your artwork is printed onto. Flat gloss is the standard build.
Print sides The back of a one-sided piece shows the front artwork through the clear acrylic, mirrored.
Construction Two bonded layers give depth and protect the print under a clear face.
Designs Tell us how many designs in your message — each is quoted as its own line.
Size Practical range 40–80 mm on the standard stock — other sizes quoted on request.
Quantity A ball-park is enough — your quote is built on the real number.
Attachment How it hangs — on a hook, a bag or a set of keys.
Hardware finish Hardware colour. Silver is what we fit unless you ask otherwise.
Bag Protection in transit. One clear bag per piece is the standard pack.
Card Presentation. The card is what a shopper reads on a table or a peg.
Hang hole Only if someone else sells it for you — ask which hook the store runs.

QUESTIONS

Can I use my own outline?
Yes — die-cutting follows the cut line in your file. Thin spikes and narrow necks are checked at final size before cutting, and we say what to thicken.
Is the print on one side or both?
One side as standard, both sides on request. On a clear base the back of a one-sided print shows through, mirrored.
What size is the charm?
Die-cut to your outline; 40–80 mm is the practical range. The exact size goes on your spec sheet.

A NOTE ON SPECIFYING THIS SHAPE
A shaped charm is judged by its outline and its hardware. The cut line has to survive corners and points, and the chain colour is what people notice second. Send the character art and the shape you want — we'll tell you what the blade can hold before anything is cut.
