Acrylic Keychains
Cast acrylic, UV printed, cut to your outline. Epoxy, holographic or flat — your call.
The iPhone Duo folds, so its case has to work in two states. The photographed sample is built for that: a large window in the upper panel for the outer display, a printed back panel with an embossed name, and a moulded strap hole. Fit is checked on the real device, closed and open — a flat mockup proves neither.

WHAT IT'S FOR
A foldable case is judged twice — closed in the pocket, open on the desk. Each row below is the short version; the full RFQ fields live in the foldable case guide.
The printed panel carries full-colour artwork. The photographed sample runs a portrait photo edge to edge, with the window and the panel sharing one face — decide what each carries before layout.
No — the photographed shell has a large window in the upper panel where the Duo's outer display sits, so the screen stays visible with the case on. The cutout size and radius follow the model drawing and are confirmed with your quote.
The photographed sample carries a name embossed into the panel — raised, in the shell colour rather than printed flat. Ask for it in the brief and confirm it on the sample.
The sample has a moulded strap hole in the corner. Position and reinforcement are part of the shell drawing, so they are settled before tooling rather than after.
Bar-phone shells are a different product with their own page. See the iPhone 18 series cases
The RFQ fields that matter for a foldable — shell split, hinge envelope, outer-display opening, magnets — are listed in the foldable phone custom case guide
SPECIFICATION
Rows read two ways. Figures stated plainly are standard for how we produce this product. Items marked “Confirmed with your quote” depend on your artwork, quantity or destination — they're fixed in the written spec sheet, not guessed here.
| Compatible device | iPhone Duo — Apple's foldable. Closed: 84.1 × 117.8 × 11.3 mm; open: 164.6 × 117.8 × 5.2 mm; 254 g (Apple, iPhone Duo Tech Specs, 2026-09). |
|---|---|
| Construction | Rigid shell in the closed profile, as photographed. Shell split, hinge treatment and inner-rim fit are sample-on-device questions — the foldable case guide lists the RFQ fields. |

| Custom print | Full-colour print on the back panel. The photographed sample carries a portrait photograph printed edge to edge. |
| Detail work | The photographed sample shows a name embossed into the panel and a moulded strap hole. Both are shown on a finished piece; confirm both with your quote. |
| Magnets | The Duo carries a MagSafe magnet array and Qi2 charging (Apple, 2026-09). Whether a case keeps the ring aligned is confirmed with your quote and a sample — never assumed. |

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH
This page is for the iPhone Duo, Apple's foldable — a shell judged closed and open, with a window for the outer display. The iPhone 18 series pages are bar-phone shells with a camera plateau; the artwork rules overlap, the fit rules do not.
OPTIONS
Two states, one case
Closed it must pocket; open it must lie flat without binding at the hinge. The sample check for this product is repeated open-close cycling on the device, not a photograph.
Window and panel share a face
The outer-display window and the printed panel compete for the same surface. Decide what the window frames and what the panel carries before the layout starts — moving a face later is a new shell.
Detail work is part of the shell
The embossed name and the strap hole on the photographed sample are moulded and machined into the shell, not added on afterwards. Ask for either in the brief so they reach the drawing.
PHOTOGRAPHED
Real pieces from our own range — photographed as they are, not renders. Every order is built to the written spec sheet you approve before anything runs.

A NOTE FROM SOMEONE WHO'S SOLD THESE
A foldable case fails differently. It can fit closed and still bind open; a window a millimetre off can cover active pixels; a print that crosses the fold can crack where the shell flexes. That is why the sample for this product is cycled on the device rather than looked at — and why the printed panel is approved as a proof before it is a shell.
